摘要
介绍了"基于RFID的工业环境下跨行业供应链系统关键技术研究"的背景、意义、关键技术及应用成果,该项目实现了生产管理与供应链物流的有机衔接,建立了宝钢厚板厂到长兴岛船厂间跨行业的船板供应链系统,全程动态跟踪船板的物流过程。通过对供应链中钢板实物信息的自动、及时获取,实现对堆垛和配送过程的动态优化,达到缩短供货周期、减少库存、提高库位使用效率等目标,并取得明显的经济效益。
