锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折35例临床体会

Clinical Experience of Locking Plate for Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in 35 Cases

目的:观察锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:对近年来采用锁定钢板治疗的35例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:35例患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无切口感染病例。术后无钢板松动、断裂、断钉、骨不连、畸形愈合、髋内翻、坠积性肺炎、褥疮等并发症发生。结论:锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折愈合时间短、并发症少,疗效确切,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective：To ohserve the treatment effect of femoral intertrochanteric fractures using locking plate for treatment. Methods：Clinical data of 35 patients of intertrochanteric femoral fractures treated with locking plates in recent years were retrospectively analyzed.Results：35 cases of patients with wounds were healed, and there were no incision infection cases. Complications such as loose plate, fracture, broken nails, nonunion, malunion, coxa vara, hypostatic pneumonia, decubitus after operation were not.Conclusion：locking plate for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture had short healing time, tess complications, definite curative effect, which deserve further research and promotion.
