鼻内镜治疗在萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎治疗中的临床研究

Clinical Research on Nasal Endoscopic Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis Associated with Sinusitis

目的:探讨和研究鼻内镜治疗萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎的临床疗效及方法。方法:对我院近年来收治的37例萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎患者实施了功能性鼻窦内镜手术,对手术过程进行回顾性分析和讨论。结果:37例患者总有效率为67.57%(25),显效率为24.32%(9),无效患者主要表现为鼻腔干燥感无明显好转且鼻腔内脓性分泌物较多。结论:本组的总有效率仅为67.57%,提示对于此类病症的治疗上,鼻内镜手术的效果较差。

Objective：To investigate and study the clinical curative effects and methods of endoscopic treatment of atrophic rhinitis associated with nasosinusitis.Methods：37 cases of atrophic rhinitis associated with nasosinusitis patients diagnosed in ous hospital in recent years were selected and given functional endoscopic sinus treatment.The treatment procedure were retrospectively analyzed and discussed.Results：In the 37 cases,the total effective rate was 67.57%（25）,obvioius effective rate is 24.32%（9）,the ineffective patients mainly showed no significant improvement in nasal dryness and nasal purulent secretions more.Conclusion：The overall effective rate was only 67.57%,suggesting that the treatment for such disorders,endoscopic sinus surgery less effective.
