重组人表皮生长因子治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面疗效观察

Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor in Treatment of Second Degree Burn Wounds

目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:对74例Ⅱ度烧伤患者采用同一患者两处深度相同、部位相应的创面进行自身对照,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组创面行常规基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗的基础上应用rhEGF进行治疗。对两组的愈合时间及细菌检出率进行分析比较。结果:观察组创面愈合时间较对照组缩短,浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面观察组愈合时间为(9.8±2.48)天,对照组为(14.30±4.37)天;深Ⅱ度烧伤创面中观察组愈合时间为(16.74±2.58)天,对照组为(22.76±3.85)天;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rhEGF用于Ⅱ度烧创面的治疗可以加快创面愈合速度,抑制瘢痕增生,且无毒副作用,是一种安全有效的药物,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of second degree burn wounds.Methods：74 patients with Ⅱ degree burns were include in the study.andomself-con-trol method,use the same patients with the same depth,location,wound for the corrsponding self-control,divide into two groups and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional wound,while the treatment group in the basic application of rhEGF treatment on the basis of treatment.Healing time and the two groups of bacteria detection rate,a comparative analysis.Results：The healing time of all abovementioned wounds was significantly shorter in recombinent human epidermal growth factor treated groups than the controls（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：rhEGF can promote the healing of second degree burn wounds,Inhibit wound scar and had non-toxic side effects.It was safe and effective drugs and worth to promote the application in clinical.
