百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果观察

Clinical Effects of Bailing Capsule Combined with Valsartan in Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将糖尿病肾病患者随机分为三组,分别用百令胶囊、缬沙坦以及两药联用进行治疗,观察其尿素氮、血肌酐、C-反应蛋白以及尿白蛋白清除率。结果:与治疗前相比,缬沙坦治疗显著改善尿蛋白(P<0.05),百令胶囊治疗显著降低C-反应蛋白水平(P<0.05),两药联用可以起到显著的协同作用(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of capsule combined with valsartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：Patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 3 groups,treated by bailing capsule,valsartan and combination of them respectively;observed BUN,Cr,CRP and UAER before and after treatment.Results：Compared with before treatments,valsartan improved UAER significantly（P〈0.05）;bailing capsule improved CRP significantly（P〈0.05）;combination of them showed significant synergistic effects（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bingling capsule combined with valsartan have confirmed effects on diabetic nephropathy.
