胰岛素泵在围手术期糖尿病中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Insulin Pump in the Patients with Perioperative Diabetes

目的:比较胰岛素泵(CSII)与多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSII)控制围手术期糖尿病患者血糖的效果。方法:CSII组66例与MSII组68例患者进行应用前后的比较。结果:CSII组达血糖控制效果明显优于MSII组(P<0.01)。

Objective：To compare the blood glucose levels of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection（CSII） and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection（MSII） in treatment of type 2 diaketic patients during perioperation.Methods：The effects of CSII（66 patients） and MSII（68 patients） were compared between pro-and post-treatment.Results：In CSII group,the blood glucose levels was significantly better that of MSII group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：CSII could control blood glucose better than MSII for type 2 diaketic patients during perioperation.
