早期动态监测血糖对判断颅脑损伤的作用

Dynamic Monitoring of Blood Glucose in Early Gudgment of Head Injury

目的:探讨早期动态监测血糖对判断颅脑损伤的作用。方法:对86例颅脑损伤患者进行随机分配,其中降血糖治疗组38例,非降血糖对照组48例,检测入院时以及治疗一周内每例患者空腹血糖浓度,观察非降血糖对照组一周内血糖水平的变化,同时分别比较入院前血糖浓度和降血糖治疗组与非降血糖对照组患者与预后的关系。结果:使用动态检测血糖,降血糖恢复组一般恢复情况占65.8%,死亡率达到10.5%;而非降血糖一般恢复情况占43.8%,组死亡率达到20.8%。结论:早期动态监测血糖对颅脑损伤程度及评估预后有很重要的意义,应重视颅脑损伤病人的血糖监测,而动态血糖监测是一个准确、快速、简单易行判定颅脑损伤的伤情及预后情况。

Objective：To investigate the early dynamic monitoring of blood glucose in the role of judge in traumatic brain injury.Methods：86 cases of traumatic brain injury patients were randomly assigned,including hypoglycemic treatment group of 38 cases,the blood glucose control group 48 cases,detected at admission and treatment within a week of each patient fasting glucose concentration,observation of lowering blood sugar control group within a week of changes in glucose levels,respectively relatively before admission blood glucose concentration and hypoglycemic therapy group and hypoglycemic patients in the control group and its relationship with prognosis.Results：using the dynamic detection of glucose,blood glucose recovery group general recovery accounted for 65.8%,mortality reached 10.5%;instead of lowering blood glucose recovery in general accounts for 43.8%,group mortality reached 20.8%.Conclusion：early dynamic monitoring blood glucose to the brain injury degree and prognosis are very important,should pay attention to the traumatic brain injury patient’s blood glucose monitoring,and dynamic monitoring of blood glucose is an accurate,rapid,simple and easy determination of craniocerebral injury and prognosis.
