剖宫产率上升的相关因素分析及护理干预

Relevant Factors and Nursing Interventions of Cesarean Section Rate

目的：分析剖宫产率上升的相关因素及其护理措施。方法：选择2007年1月~2011年12月期间在我院住院的产妇1 824例,统计每年的剖宫产例数和百分率。结果：本院2007年-2011年剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势,经统计学分析证实,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。剖宫产的指征包括巨大胎儿、胎位不正、妊娠合并症和头盆因素、其它因素（如破膜）等,2007年~2011年5年剖宫产指征与剖宫产率的变化,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：剖宫产虽能解决高危产妇的难产问题,但会引起很多并发症,提倡母婴安全前提下的自然分娩。

Objective：to analyse the related factors cesarean section rate was rising and nursing measures.Methods：the study for January 2007-December 2011 in our hospital during the delivery in 1824 patients with,statistics,every year and the average percentage of cesarean delivery.Results：the 2007～!2011 cesarean section rate was increasing year by year,the statistics analysis proof,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.The indications including huge cesarean section,TaiWei fetus were pregnancy complications and head basin factors,other factors（such as the film）,2007～2011,5 years cesarean section indications and cesarean section rate changes,a statistically significant difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion：the method can solve the high-risk mothers though dystocia problem,but can cause a lot of complications,advocate the premise of maternal and infant safety natural childbirth.
