全国各区域血红蛋白正常参考值差异性分析

Study on Difference of Hemoglobin Normal Reference Value of Different Region in China

目的分析全国各区域不同年龄段及性别血红蛋白正常参考值的差异性，揭示各区域不同性别及年龄间血红蛋白正常参考值通用的可行性。方法对通过文献检索收集的19篇“血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素关系”的学术研究论文中不同区域血红蛋白正常估值（对全国100多单位及氰化高铁血红蛋白（HiCN）法测定的大样本血红蛋白正常参考值进行相关分析和回归方法研究，发现血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系，并可根据地理因素推断出不同区域血红蛋白正常估值）进行一般描述性分析和非参数秩和检验分析，比较不同区域，各年龄段不同性别血红蛋白正常估算值的差异性。结果儿童期以前各区域男女间血红蛋白正常参考值无显著差异（P〉0．05），儿童期以后男女间有显著性差异（P〈O．05）；各个地区血红蛋白正常参考值不能互用。结论全国各区域不同年龄段男女血红蛋白正常参考值有差异且不可通用。

Objective To analyse differences of hemoglobin normal reference value for different age and gender of different re- gion in China and reveal universal feasibility of hemoglobin normal reference value between different gender and age in differ- ent region. Methods Did general descriptive analysis and nonparametric rank test analysis of hemoglobin normal valuation in the different region through literature retrieval to collect 19 article ＂hemoglobin normal reference value and China geography relations＇academic research papers and compared the difference of hemoglobin normal estimation value for different gender Each age in the different region. Results Hemoglobin normal reference value had no significant difference （P^0.01） be- tween men and women before Childhood ,but there was a significant difference between men and women after childhood （P d0. 01）. Each region hemoglobin normal reference value could not be used with each other. Conclusion There were differ- ent hemoglobin normal reference value for different age paragraph men and women in different region, and not universal.
