摘要
通过分析切削加工过程中高强度灰铸铁的石墨变形规律,揭示出石墨对高强度灰铸铁切削加工性能的影响机制:在切削加工过程中,由于剪切力的作用,高强度灰铸铁组织中的石墨将发生规律性的变形,产生了趋向沿剪切面方向的排列;相同体积分数的石墨,尺寸越细小,数量越多,越能减轻切削加工过程中的抗力,从而提高高强度灰铸铁的切削加工性能。
By analyzing graphite’s transformation regularity of high strength gray iron in machining process,this paper reveals the influence mechanism of graphite to machining ability of high strength gray iron.In machining process,graphite in high strength gray iron will transform regularly and ranks along the shear direction because of shearing force.For graphites with same volumetric reduction of graphite size and increase of the amount.So,machining abokity of high strength gray iron can be enchauced.
