摘要
本文运用UG软件对应力锥进行模具设计和Moldflow软件对应力锥进行塑料流动分析,得到了合理的注射成型的工艺参数和优化的模具结构,以及模具的二维工程图。大量运用计算机的模具设计方法与传统的模具设计方法相比,提高了模具设计的准确率,缩短了模具设计和制造周期,降低了成本。
In this article,we comprehensively used UG software to make mould design and used Moldflow software to analyze the plastic flow;we got the reasonable process parameters of injection molding and optimized mould structure and two-dimensional engineering drawing.Compared with traditional mould design approach,the mould design approach of using computer has improved the accuracy of mould design,shortened the cycle of mould design and manufacture,also reduced the cost.
