This paper explores archive management in developing hospitals. Archives management is a vital means of preserving various kinds of documents. However, sometimes developing hospitals do not put much emphasis on it; thus, loss of archives resources is too severe to affect the development of hospitals. This paper analyzes the importance of archives construction in developing hospitals and the general problems within it, and then offers some reasonable suggestions to the archives construction in developing hospitals.
