应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折24例

Application of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture in 24 cases

目的：探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法：选择24例65岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折使用股骨近端锁定钢板行内固定术。结果：24例均随访,随访时间0.5~1.5年,平均1.1年,仅1例因再次跌伤致钢板断裂,再次骨折。其余均骨性愈合。优良率91.7%。结论：使用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折是基层医院一种很好的方法。

Objective： To investigate the proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of intertroehanterie fracture of femur in the elderly a clinical effect. Methods： 24patients over 65 years of intertroehanterie fracture of femur in the elderly with proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation. Results：24 eases were followed up, follow-up time of 0.5-1.5 years, an average of 1.1years, only in one ease due to injuries caused by plate fracture, fracture again. The remaining bony healing. The excellent and good rate was 91.7% .Conclusion： the use of proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly is a grassroots hospital a good method.
