目的:探讨胰腺癌胆道支架置入术的护理。方法:对31例进行支架置入术的胰腺癌患者进行充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合、耐心细致的术后护理,观察可能的并发症情况。结果:31例胰腺癌患者中均行胆管支架置入术,术后3例患者出现急性胰腺炎,2例出现消化道出血,2例出现胆道感染,所有患者经过积极的对症治疗和细致的护理,达到了减黄的目的,提高了患者的生活质量。结论:充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合、耐心细致的术后护理是提高治疗效果和降低并发症的关键。
