摘要
本文介绍了一种基于Avalon总线的SDRAM控制器进行片外SDRAM芯片控制的实现方法。在现代新型光谱仪中,采用光子探测器CCD(Charge Coupled Device)和计算机控制来采集并对数据进行处理,这已广泛使用于几乎所有的光谱测量工作中,测量准确、迅速、灵敏度高、响应时间快。为解决大量采集的信息数据和计算机处理速度的协调问题,本项目采用SDRAM进行数据缓存。项目使用了Altera公司的CycloneⅢ系列FPGA实现了基于Avalon总线的SDRAM控制器构建。
This paper introduce a method to design a SDRAM Controller that based on the Avalon Bus. The new type spectrometer used the Charge Coupled Device and computer to corlect data and deal with it. This method has always been widely used in almost all of the spectral measurement work.It is accurate, rapid, high sensitivity and has a fast response time. There is an coordination problem between data collect and the spectral measurement work. In order to solve the problem,we used a SDRAM to cache data. And we use the Cyclone FPGA of Altera International Limited to make the SDRAM Controller that base the Avalon Bus.
