摘要
2010年8月12日,甘肃省陇南、天水等地遭遇百年不遇的连续强降雨,造成境内多条国省干线严重水毁。针对此次水毁灾情进行统计,并按照工程受灾单元进行分类,揭示发生水毁的原因,对水毁应急处置中的若干做法和经验进行了总结。
On August 12,2010,Longnan and Tianshui of Gansu Province were encountered by not occurring even in a hundred years of continuous heavy rain to cause the serious water damage of many national and provincial trunk highways within Gansu Province.Aiming at the water damage disaster of this time,and according to the classification of the affected units of the projects,the article reveals the cause of water damage,and sums up several methods and experience for the emergent disposal of water damage.
