摘要
该文在以层次分析法为基础的桥梁评估中,引入了经济指标分析权重的思想,提出了功能价值的概念,以及相应的权重计算公式和计算方法;考虑了功能价值中间接损失及其计算;并解释了其合理性。接着,利用该文方法对实际桥梁进行了权重计算,并与专家调查咨询获取的权重值进行了比较。
The article introduces the thought of economical index to analyze the weight into the bridge evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy method,puts forward the conception of functional value,and the relevant weight formula and calculation method,considers the indirect loss in the functional loss and its calculation,illustrates its rationality,and then carries out the weight calculation of the practical bridges by this method,and compares the weight values referred to achieve from the experts.
