Construction Technology of Auger Drill in Mudstone Geology

旋挖钻是近年来灌注桩工程施工中广泛使用的钻孔机械。旋挖钻具有高效、节能、低噪声、无污染、适应地层较广泛等优点,已逐渐被各大施工单位采纳并应用于桩基施工。该文以重庆永川长江大桥北引桥桩基泥岩地质下旋挖钻施工之实践为例,阐述旋挖钻在泥岩地质下桩基钻孔的工艺及应用,可供同行参考。

Auger drill is a widely used drilling machine in recent years of the cast-in-situ pile construction.Auger drill has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,low noise,no pollution and wide stratum adaptation,and has been gradually adopted and applied by various construction units to the construction of pile foundation.As an example of the auger drill construction of pile foundation of the north approach of Chongqing Yongchuan Changjiang River in the shale geology,the article sets forth the technology and application of auger drill for pile foundation drilling in mudstone geology,which can be referred for the similar projects.
