可摘局部义齿修复对末端松动基牙影响的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of the effect of loosen abutment after placement of removal partial dentures

目的观察可摘局部义齿修复对松动基牙的影响。方法选取肯氏三类牙列缺损且末端基牙2度松动的患者年的患者60例,修复体60件。将患者随机分为两组,一组松动基牙仅置支托,二组松动基牙置三臂卡。记录并比较戴义齿3年后松动的基牙患龋率和牙缺失率。结果一组的患龋率(10%)和牙缺失率(3.33%)低于二组(13.33%,10%)。结论肯氏三类牙列缺损末端松动卡的保留有利于义齿的稳定,且仅置合支托的设计有利于松动基牙的保留,基牙的患龋率降低。

Objective The aim of this study was to clinically evaluate the conditions of loosen abut- ment two years after placement of removal partial dentures. Methods Choose 60 kennedy Ⅲ patients whose second molar with grade II mobility. The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Using occlusal rest in the first group, three arms clasp in the other group. To compare the effects of two removable partial denture designs. Results The decay rate and extraction of abutment in the first group are lower than the second group.
