摘要
目的探索偏头痛辨证施护的实施方案。方法根据偏头痛的辨证分型,提出各型不同的施护方法。结果个体化的辨证施护更贴近患者的病情和需要,更易收到良好的疗效。结论根据偏头痛的病理特点,遵照中医辨证原则积极探索具有中医特色的偏头痛辨证施护方案,必将会造福于更多的偏头痛患者。
Objective To explore the implementation plan of the dialectical nursing of migraine. Methods Based on the dialectical differentiation, making the various nursing plans. Results The individual- ization of dialectical nursing is closer to the patients＇ condition and need, and can receive a better cure effect. Conclusion based on the pathological characteristics of migraine, and following the principle of traditional Chinese medicine, actively exploring the implementation plan of the dialectical nursing of migraine with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and can bring benefit to more migraineurs.
