摘要
护理人员在与老年患者沟通过的程中,针对老年患者的心理特点,采取有效的护患沟通技巧,将有利于疏导老年患者的悲观、紧张情绪,增强老年患者战胜和减轻疾病的信心,有利于构建和谐的护患、医患关系,在这方面我们做了有益的尝试。
Nurses should take effective nurse-patient communication skills in communication with elderly patients, in view of their psychological characteristics, which will help to ease their pessimism and nervousness, heighten their confidence to overcome disease and relieve illness, and build a harmonious nurse-patient and doctor-patient relationship. In such regard, the authors have made a good attempt.
