私人银行“离职潮”

WAVE OF RESIGNATION IN PRIVATE BANKING SECTOR

摘要 国内私人银行发展面临的最大挑战,是如何调节利益分配,解决“高层分”与“基层合”的矛盾。 The last few years have seen a sharp upturn in the frequency of jobhopping in China’s private banking sector. More and more senior executives and private bankers have changed their jobs. The resignations of some senior executives may result from the divergence of views in business philosophy or personal choices. However, the resignations of many private bankers are motivated by being offered a higher salary elsewhere. It is said that the frequent job-hopping phenomena also reflects the debate over "retail mode" and "division mode" in China’s private banking sector. "Retail mode" generally refers to private banks aspart of the retail banking division of a branch while "division mode" is a private bank as a separate department directly responsible to the head office.
