对敦煌文献学等有关概念进行了厘定,宏观介绍了敦煌洞窟出土的文献,对敦煌文献研究的历史作了简要回顾。就敦煌文献研究在新时期做了展望,研究的重点要侧重于编纂敦煌文献的总目录、敦煌文献数字化与网络化。

I gave a definition of Dunhuang＇ s documents and generally introduced the relevant concepts in the Dunhuang＇ s documents. Then I had to give a retrospect briefly on Dunhuang＇ s documents＇ studies. In the new period, We should focus on studing in three directions ：compiling brief history and overall catalogs of Dunhuang＇ s documents , having digitalization and networking., and sharing common resources.
