当前大学新生入学适应问题新探

A New Inquiry into the Current College Freshmen's Enrollment Inadaptability

新时期,大学新生在入读之初呈现出了许多新的不适应现象,主要为"水土不服"、学习方法困惑、"网游成瘾"、心理落差等,映射出其内心深处对人生环境和学习模式变化的不适应、自身角色定位的不准确等思想、心理问题。因此,当前改进与加强大学新生适应性教育的主要对策为着力开展"环境适应"、"专业成才"与"精神成人"的教育引导。

In the new period,there are many inadaptability phenomena for freshmen when they first face college life,such as acclimatizing the changing environment,confusion of learning methods,addiction in online games and psychological gap.Those phenomena cast light upon the psychological problems like the misfit when students face the change of living environment and study modes and the wrong role positioning.Therefore,the main countermeasures to improve adaptive education are to make great efforts to education and guidance including ＂environmental adaptation＂,＂professional success＂ and ＂model of spirit＂.
