本文比较分析优秀团队与一般群体的特征,结合自身参与先进班集体建设的工作实践,得出建设一个优秀班集体,应当从凝结共同的班级愿景、选拔培养优秀的学生干部队伍、提炼渗透基于集体主义精神的班级文化、强化凝聚力建设塑造积极向上的班风、打造精品活动促进学习型班集体的形成五个方面推进班级管理和教育工作,并逐一论述。

Through comparing the analysis of the excellent team with the general group,and combining with own participation in the collective construction of advanced classes work practice,the article conclude five aspects to promote class management and education,that is condensing the shared planning of class,training outstanding student leaders,refining the culture that based collective spirit of class culture,building shaping positive atmosphere and building quality activities to promote the formation of collective learning.
