摘要
PBL教学法作为一项创新性教学模式近年来在医学教学领域取得了显著的成绩,较好地提高了课程的教学质量与效果,但将其引入医学院校人文社科课程教学领域尚存在一定的障碍与困难。本文以医学院校人力资源管理课程为平台,通过尝试植入PBL教学法,在分析其实际应用效果的基础上,针对创新课程教学模式提出了相应的建议。
PBL teaching method,as an innovative teaching model,has achieved prominent performance in medical education,as it greatly improves teaching quality and effect,but it still difficult to introduce this method into humanity and social science course in metical college.Based on human resource management courses in medical college,this paper attempts to introduce PBL teaching method into it.And it proposes relevant suggestions based on practical teaching effect.
