理实一体化教学法探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Theory-Practice Integrated Teaching Method

中等职业教育目标是培养学生掌握一定的生产一线和科学知识,又有很强的专业技术,能把科学知识应用于生产实践中去的基本能力,让学生"学一技之长,圆一生梦想"。但随着我校生源素质的下降和工业化生产对人才的要求越来越高,传统的教学理念和教学方法满足不了现代职业教学,理实一体化教学这种新的教学方法能针对学生特点和社会需求,把理论和实践相结合,让学生"从学中做,又从做中学"。本文就理实一体化教学的实施条件、对教师的要求、具体实施方法和过程作粗浅的探索和总结。

Secondary vocational education is to cultivate students＇ disciplinary knowledge as well as practice ability.With the decline of students＇ academic quality in our school and the increasing of social needs,traditional teaching method can no longer meet modern vocational education,while theory-practice integration teaching method can make the integration of theory and practice.This paper discusses some relevant issues on this new teaching method.
