陕西省中等护理职业教育发展现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestion on the Development Situation of Secondary Nursing Vocational Education

我国的护理教育由建国初期中等护理职业教育占主导地位转变为现在中等、高等、本科、硕士并存的多层次办学格局。2004年卫生部和教育部联合印发了《我国护理、药学和医学相关类高等教育改革和发展规划》,2006年卫生部印发了《关于加强卫生职业教育的指导意见》,无论是从办学目标还是政策指导均对中等护理职业教育的培养模式、发展方向提出了新的需求。本文从政府行为、公共产品的角度出发,对当前陕西省中等护理职业教育发展成就与存在的问题做了较为深入的分析,力求在当下中等护理职业教育发展的困境中找到解决的措施。

Nursing education has occupied every level of education in China.In recent years,our government has proposes new requirements for the development of secondary vocational nursing education.Starting from government behavior and public products,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational nursing education in Shaanxi Province,hoping to find solutions for the dilemma of secondary vocational nursing education.
