摘要
拓展训练是借助于教育学、心理学、组织行为学等相关学科成果,针对社会的需求和学生特点设计出来的一种课程模式。将拓展训练引入田径教学可以丰富田径的教学手段,从而浅析将拓展训练引入高中田径课的可行性及其意义。
The expansion training is a course model designed according to the social demand and the students' characteristics with the help of the achievements of some relevant disciplines such as pedagogy,psychology and organizational behavior,etc.The expansion training breaks through the educational model focusing on "teaching" via the experiencing learning mode,letting the students happily and actively participate in the understanding of the knowledge,excavate their own potentials through experiencing,cultivate the communicative capability,cooperative spirit and team awareness and promote the establishment of some good qualities such as firmness,braveness,self-confidence and solidarity,etc.The expansion training is a course making the students experience the designed activity,accept the personal potential invigoration and challenges of the team cohesive and share some relevant theories from it;therefore,it is feasible to introduce the expansion training to the field and track course of the senior high school.
