摘要
认知负荷理论为研究学习和问题解决过程中认知资源分配和超载问题提供了理论基础和研究途径。本文主要介绍了认知负荷的基本理论以及自认知负荷提出以来主要的研究成果,以此探究认知负荷领域的研究前景。
Cognitive load theory provides the theoretical foundation and research method for the problems of the allocation and overload of cognitive resources,which in the process of learning and problem solving.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of cognitive load,and the main research achievements,in order to explore the foreground of this area.
