摘要
本文在分析辽宁省风能资源的分布情况及其自然条件的基础上,结合地区优势,总结了辽宁省风力发电的产业规模、风电场的建设情况,风电投资环境,以及风电技术的研发现状,提出了发展风能利用技术及其产业的相关建议。
Based on the analysis of wind energy resources distribution in Liaoning province and its natural conditions while considering local regional advantages, this paper summarizes Liaoning wind power industry scale, construction of wind farm, investment environment, and wind power technology research and development. And then it puts forward related suggestions of developing technology and its industrv.
