摘要
通过对航天测控机柜装配工艺流程的研究与运用,航天测控机柜实行机械装配和电气装配工艺并行,既能保证质量、提高效率,又能缩短装配周期。同时可以解决航天测控机柜装配过程中插箱缺件与装配进度瓶颈问题。航天测控机柜并行装配两种工艺方式进行对比分析研究表明,多品种小数量航天测控机柜项目适宜采用实物模拟装配工艺,少品种大数量航天测控机柜项目适宜采用数字化装配工艺。
By study the parallel assembly process of aerospace TT&C cabinet, it's proved that parallel process of mechanical assembly and electronic assembly can ensure quality, enhance efficiency and reduce assembly cycle. Parallel assembly can overcome the conflict of case absence and assembly schedule as well. By comparatively analyzing the two assembly processes, it's shown that actual simulating assembly process is suitable for multi-specification and small-batch production, while digital assembly process meets mass production.
