摘要
从感知涉及的主要生理基础入手,分析了用户感知在产品设计过程中所起到的引导、反馈和修复作用。重点考察了感知在用户模型中的评价模式及方法并初步提出用户感知对产品设计的可用性启发式原则。把握住使用者的心理认知过程、抓住用户的感知意象,如感觉和情绪,且将这些信息转化为适当的设计元素,快速、准确的反映产品的可能用途、主要功能和操作程序,使设计出来的产品满足用户的需求,是设计师面临的重要课题。挖掘和拓展用户感知在产品设计中的潜力也将是工业设计发展趋势。
This article involved in the physiological basis of perception analyzes the user's perception of the product design process played by guidance, feedback and repair. He inspected the perception in the user model and preliminary evaluation model and method proposed user perception of the availability heuristic design principles. The conclusion: How to grasp the user's mental and cognitive processes, seize the image of the user's perception, such as feelings and emotions, and this information can be translated into the appropriate design elements, fast and accurate reflection of the possible uses of the product.
