摘要
在火车运行中前照灯只能照射到沿弯道的切线方向,尤其是在黑夜,这就存在着很大的视觉死角。对于弯道上行驶的火车来说,前方突然出现的人或物等紧急情况就很难避免。主要研究弯轨智能转向灯的设计过程,最主要的是自动转向电路,由GPS动态定位系统、AT89S52单片机系统电路、通信电路、步进电机驱动电路、转动角度测试电路组成。自动转向系统根据火车运行中的位置以及轨道弯度信息,不断地对火车前照灯进行动态调节,适应当前的转向角,保持前照灯的灯光方向和火车当前的行驶方向一致,以确保对前方道路提供最佳的照明。
When a train is running, the headlights can only shining the tangential direction along the curves, especially in dark, resulting in a big visual blind area. For trains running along curves, it is extremely hard to keep away from any people or things, etc appearing suddenly in front. Our design hereby serves to work out this problem. This paper is mainly focused on the research in the designing process of bending railway intelligent lights, which are centered in the use of automatic steering circuits. The automatic steering circuits consist of GPS dynamic position system, AT89S52 single chip system circuit, communication circuit, stepping motor driving circuit and rotation angle measuring circuit. The automatic steering system is able to constantly make a dynamic adjustment to the headlights according to the position and the bending degree when a train is running, so as to suit the present steering angle to keep good conformity between the headlights shining direction and train moving direction. In this way, it will serve best of the lights to shine the way ahead.
