摘要
金属软管是管路设计中吸收往复运动、吸收膨胀、振动以及补偿管路安装偏差最重要方法之一。针对某压水堆核电厂设备冷却水系统所用金属软管在安装和调试过程中实际出现的扭曲变形、鼓包及断丝等问题,进行深入分析和总结,并提出相应的防护对策。在实际应用中,必须按照金属软管自身特点和规律进行选用和安装,使金属软管能适应核电厂的各种安装工况,最终保证其使用的可靠性及安全性。
Metal hose is one of important methods to absorb reciprocating movement, thermal expansion, vibration and compensate erection tolerance in the pipeline design. The purpose of the paper is to deeply analyze and summarize the problems of torsion deflection, bulging phenomenon and broken wire of metal hoses occurred during erection and commissioning for one nuclear power plant, and set forth the main reasons led to above mentioned questions and corresponding countermeasures. In conclusion, the characteristic and erection rule of metal hose must be considered during the practical applications to withstand different erection conditions, finally to guarantee the reliability and safety of related systems.
