摘要
本文以亲身参与大学生创新科研项目后的收获与体会,从心理素质的提升到试验技能的锻炼以及团队协作和综合能力的提高等方面来探讨高校创新人才培养的重要性,使高校创新人才培养模式更趋完善。
This paper introduces the students’ experience and gains after taking part in the innovative experiment program and students’ improvement in skill ability and team-work spirit,and therefore puts forward a better pattern for the training of innovative talents at universities.
