摘要
针对Sandvik新型刀具使用的三弧段等距型面刀柄/主轴联接方式,使用Pro/E软件对Capto刀柄与主轴联接进行三维实体建模,应用ANSYS软件的静力分析模块对高度非线性的面面接触应力变化和工作过程中不同负载引起的扭应力变化进行分析,得到了三弧段等距型面联接的应力分布特点,为合理使用高速加工刀具提供了理论依据.
For the connection mode of three section arc equidistant profile tool holder/spindle used in the new cutting tools of Sandvik, the software Pro/E was used to realize the three dimensional solid model of the connection of Capto tool holder and the spin- die. Then the static analysis module of ANSYS software was used to analyze the contact stress changes of plane-plane contact under highly nonlinear state and torsion stress changes caused by different loads during working process. And the stress distribution characters of the connection of three section arc equidistant profile are achieved. The results provide theoretical basis for the reasonable use of the high speed machining tools.
