摘要
环境温度是测控设备稳定工作的重要指标,对其及时、准确地掌控显得十分重要。针对目前测控任务重、参试人员少特点,以LabVIEW可视化图形编程开发环境为平台,结合简单的硬件电路,设计出一个实时性较好的远程温度检测控制系统,为一些无人值守设备营造良好的工作环境,并通过模拟和仿真试验,验证了其有效可行。
The environmental temperature is an important indicator of the stability of the klystron and servo rotation, especially for the accurate and timely measurement. Taking LabVIF.W-based visual graphic programming environment as a platform, the paper presents a remote temperature measurement and control system with the combination of thermistors and peripheral circuits with good real-time performance. The control system measures ambient temperature changes of the klystron and servo rotation, and controls fans and other related operations. Therefore, it controls the temperature within a certain range to meet the job requirements. In the satellite tracking and control tasks, this system creates stable working conditions for the unattended equipment operation. The simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of the system.
