Study on Coordination of the Comprehensive Consolidation of Rural Residential Area in China

我国农村居民点用地问题的形成具有历史性、复杂性和综合性的特点.农村居民点用地综合整治必须与农村生产发展、生态家园建设和社会进步相结合,把发挥政府主导作用与尊重农民意愿相结合,把统一规划与突出地方特色相结合.以科学发展观为指导,通过统筹协调,才能实现实施农村居民点用地综合整治的目标,进而推动社会主义新农村建设。

The formation of the problem of the rural residential area in China was characteristic by historical, complex and com- prehensive. It was necessary to integrate the comprehensive consolidation of rural residential area with economic development, eco- logical homeland construction and society advancement, integrate farmers＇ viewpoint with government playing leading role, and in- tegrate unified planning with stressing the local character. The guidance of putting scientific outlook on development and the ap- proach of coordination were using to achieve the goal of implementing the comprehensive consolidation of rural residential area and promote the building of new socialist countryside.
