On Enhancing Humanistic Concern in the Undergraduates' Ideological and Political Education

人文关怀和心理疏导自从在党的十七大报告中提出后,进一步加深了高等学校思想政治工作的内涵,拓展了思想政治教育工作者的目光,为高校思想政治教育工作的有效开展提供了新的思路。当前高校思想政治教育工作中的人文关怀缺失较为严重,拟从营造环境、关心关注学生及建立一支高素质的思想政治教育工作队伍等方面来加强对大学生的人文关怀和心理疏导。

Since humanistic concern and psychological counseling were proposed in the report of the CPC 17th National Congress, they have increased the connotation of ideological and political work in universities, expanded the view of those who do the ideological and political work, and provided a new approach to the effectiveness of the ide- ological and political work in universities. At present, there is a severe lack of humanistic concern in the work. The humanistic concern and psychological counseling will be enhanced through creating an atmosphere, showing care and concern for the undergraduates and building a high-quality team on ideological and political work.
