The Effect of Quality-oriented Education on Promoting College Students Career Development

伴随着社会经济环境恶化与高等教育大众化的影响,大学生就业问题向高等教育提出了新的任务和挑战。结合高校素质教育的基本特征,分析素质教育在大学生能力素质结构的全面完善、职业发展的扩展与延伸、职业创新能力形成、主体性因素体现中发挥的作用。强化高校素质教育是促进大学生就业与职业发展的重要举措。

Accompanied by the deterioration of the socio-economic environment and popularization of higher e- ducation, employment of college students has put forward new tasks and challenges to higher education. Quality-ori- ented education has effect on the following aspects： full complement of college students＂ ability and quality structure; expansion and extension of career development; formation of occupational innovation capability; and the playing of their roles as the main force. College quality-oriented education is an important measure for promoting college students＂ employment and career development.
