A Study on the Training of Village Cadres Teams from the Perspective of Rural Social Management

当前,村干部素质难以胜任农村社会管理需要的一个主要原因是干部管理机制不完善,因此,从建立和健全村干部选拔任用机制、教育培训机制、激励保障机制、考核监督机制等方面入手,把好村干部的进入关、素质提升关、才吸引关、行为约束关"四个关"以提升村干部素质,是各级政府的当务之急。

At present, the main reason why the village cadres＇ qualities are not suitable for the position of the rural social management is that the cadre management mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, based on the key aspects of establishing and improving the mechanism of village cadres＇ selection and appointment, the education training system, the incentive security, the assessment and supervision mechanism, the primary task for the governments at all levels is to oversee how to choose the cadres, promote their quality, restrict their behavioral and how to attract the talented persons.
