摘要
采用标准化养殖场和加工厂为基础,运用简化、统一、协调、优选的原理,以实践操作和科学技术为依托,建立健全规范的工艺流程以及衡量标准,并通过制订标准化养殖程序、加工操作规范,使公司优质肉鸭养殖及加工的前期、中期、后期全过程都纳入标准养殖、生产、加工以及标准管理的轨道。
This study bases on standardized farms and processing plants, the use of simplified, unified, coordinated, preferred principle to practice operations and science and technology as the basis, the establishment of a robust and standardized process and metrics, and to develop a standardized program of breeding, processing practices, quality meat duck farming and processing, the whole process are included in the orbit of the standard breeding, production, processing, and standard management.
