9种杀菌剂对刺槐心材腐朽菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用室内毒力测定法从9种常用杀菌剂中选出3种适合防治林木腐朽病原—槐生多年卧孔菌Perenniporia robiniophila的药剂,分析抑菌率和抑菌中浓度(EC50)。其中15%三唑酮抑菌效果最好,50 000倍液平均抑菌率为99.01%,根据抑菌回归方程求得EC50浓度为2.8 mg/L;其次是70%代森锰锌,7 000倍液平均抑菌率为99.16%,EC50为42.21 mg/L;第3的是80%代森锌,4 000倍液平均抑菌率为99.23%,EC50为62.7 mg/L。 Suitable fungicides against Perenniporia robiniophila were selected from 9 common fungicides by toxicity bioassay in lab.The result showed the antibiotics effect of triadimeofn 15% at the concentration of 50 000 times was the best with an EC50 of 2.8 mg/L,an average inhibitory rate of 99.01%.That of Mancozeb 70% at the concentration of 7 000 times was the second with an average inhibitory rate of 99.16% and an EC50 of 42.21 mg/L.That of Zineb 80% at the concentration of 4 000 times was the third with an average inhibitory rate of 99.23% and an EC50 of 62.7 mg/L.
