花卉苗木产业引领林业县域经济发展研究——以河南省鄢陵县为例

Studies on Flower and Seedling Industry Leading the Development of Forestry County Economy——Taking Yanling County,Henan Province as an Example

以河南省鄢陵县为例,通过实地考察、座谈访问和深度访谈等方法,分析了以花卉苗木产业为主引领林业县域经济发展的现状和主要优势,探讨了发展林业县域经济形成＂鄢陵模式＂的基本做法,主要包括建设产业园区、鼓励农民进行土地流转、举办花木交易博览会和发展会展服务业、建成立体化销售网络、注重改善生态环境。提出了有利于推动林业县域经济可持续发展的政策建议。

The paper took Yanling county as an example, through the approaches of field trips, informal discus- sion, in-depth interview to analyze the present situation and main advantages of the flower and seedling industry, and to study the basic methods and experience on formulation of the ＂Yanling model＂ in forestry county econo- my, which including the construction of industry park, transformation of land, establishment of the three-dimen- sional marketing network, trade fairs on flower and seedling, development of the exhibition services, and improve- ment of ecological environment. Finally, we preliminary analyzed the main problems which were in need of solu- tion, and put forward some policy recommendations that would be helpfi.tl to promote the development of the for- estry county economy persistently.
