斜沟煤矿选煤厂目前主洗段介质系统密度不稳定,采取的措施有:严把介质关,杜绝跑冒滴漏,防止脱泥筛窜水、窜泥,提高脱介、磁选效率,稳定小时入洗量。通过实践,发现生产过程中主洗介质系统密度仍然不够稳定,经过分析,得出介质不能均匀、及时添加是其主要原因,为此提出了改进措施,通过实施保证了介质系统密度稳定。
