稳定介质系统方法探讨

摘要 斜沟煤矿选煤厂目前主洗段介质系统密度不稳定,采取的措施有:严把介质关,杜绝跑冒滴漏,防止脱泥筛窜水、窜泥,提高脱介、磁选效率,稳定小时入洗量。通过实践,发现生产过程中主洗介质系统密度仍然不够稳定,经过分析,得出介质不能均匀、及时添加是其主要原因,为此提出了改进措施,通过实施保证了介质系统密度稳定。 In Xiegou coal mine preparation plant at present the medium density of main washing section is instability, takes the measures that strictly control medium, stops evaporating, emitting, dripping and leaking, prevent water breakthrough and channeling mud of desliming screen, improve the de - media and magnetic separation efficiency, stabilize hours into the washing capacity. Through practice, found that in the production process the density of main washing medium system is still not stable. After analyzed, obtains that the main reasons are the medium canl uniformly and timely add, therefore, puts forward improving measures, through implementing, ensures density stable of the medium system.
