沙曲选煤厂4#、5#煤配洗研究与实施

Reseach and Implementation of the Scheme for 4# and 5# Coal Mixing Separation in Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant

针对煤炭高效洗选加工过程中遇到的资源保护性开发及矿井原煤实际无法分运、分储的问题,以沙曲选煤厂入洗4#、5#煤为例,通过原煤的煤质分析,结合选煤厂现有生产条件,提出不同原煤"仓上混装、仓下配洗"的方案,现场实施后不仅精煤灰分稳定,而且精煤产率提高,工人劳动强度降低,经济效益和社会效益明显。研究结果可为其他选煤厂解决类似问题提供借鉴作用。

ccording to the problems which resources protective development and the mine raw coal in fact cannot storage and Shaqu coal production transport respectively in high effi preparation plant as an example, ciency coal washing through coal quality and processing, takes the analysis of the raw coal, conditions of the plant, puts forward the scheme of different raw coal ＂ mixed washing 4# and 5# coal in combines stowage on with the existing the warehouse, blending preparation under the warehouse＂. After implemented＂in the field, not only cleaned coal ash is stable and cleaned coal yield increased, the worker labor intensity is reduced, economic benefits and social benefits are significant. The results for other coal preparation plant provide reference to solve similar problems.
