摘要
分析了在曙光选煤厂原煤预先脱泥—有压三产品重介旋流器分选—浮选联合工艺流程的基础上,增加粗煤泥回收设备后,对系统中各产品中磁铁矿粉含量的影响。通过研究得出,增加粗煤泥回收设备后,磁选机的入料浓度降低,磁尾中磁铁矿含量降低,介质回收效果明显提高;精煤、中矸脱介筛的脱介效果明显改善,筛上精煤、中煤、矸石中磁铁矿粉含量明显降低;浮选尾矿、压滤尾煤中的磁铁矿粉含量明显降低。

Through the research obtains that increase coarse slime recovery equipment, the feeding concentration of magnetic separator lowered, reduced magnetite content in the magnetic tail, media recovery performance is significantly improved. The separating effect of the sculping screen of clean coal and middle gangue significantly improved, the magnetite powder content in clean coal, middlings and gangue of sieve significantly reduced, the magnetite powder content in the flotation tailings and filter press tailings significantly lower.
