Planning of Resettlement Locations in the Construction of Hydropower Station

以金沙江龙盘水电站齐坪背坡移民安置点规划为例,对水电站建设项目中的移民安置点规划设计、环境保护等问题进行研究。根据安置点用地的自然条件特征和村落形态肌理进行规划设计,并按照用地性质和使用功能进行功能分区,分析了该移民安置点现状、规划目标、土地利用规划、环境保护重点和措施,探讨移民安置规划设计方法和途径,以改善移民安置点的居住环境及基础设施,促进移民安置点社会、经济、生态环境的协调可持续发展。

With a case study of Qiping beipo Village resettlement location planning in the construction of Longpan Hydropower Station on the Jinsha River, the article reseorched issues including the planning, design and environmental protection of resettlement locations in the construction of hy- dropower station. It discovered that the planning of resettlement location in this case according to the natural condition features and village existence textures and the function zoning was made by land and function purposes. With an analysis on key issues of resettlement location planning including current situation, planning objective, land use planning and environmental protection, this article explored the appropriate method and means for resettlement location planning so as to improve the living environment and infrastructure and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of resettlement locations in the construction of hydropower station.
