摘要 高边坡预应力锚索防护工程设计的可靠性直接影响到高边坡的安全和稳定。以湖北省巴乐县某高切坡防护工程为例,使用与实例的实际情况相同的钢绞线制成锚索,安装后进行基本试验,最大试验荷载为钢绞线抗拉强度标准值的80%,检测预应力锚索设计的合理性。试验结果表明,在各级荷载作用下各试验锚索的锚头总弹性位移均满足要求,当施加拉力达到最大试验荷载1 034 kN时,预应力锚索均没有发生破坏,从而验证了该实例600 kN级预应力锚索设计的正确性。 The reliability of protection design of the high slope prestressed anchor directly affects the security and stability of high slope. A case study of one high slop potection works in Badong City of Hubei Province was shown in the thesis. The anchor made in steel strand which was same to practical situation of the case, and the basic test after installation to detect the rationality of prestressed anchor design was conducted. The maxi- mum test load was 80% of standard value of tensile strength of steel strand. The test results show that the total elastic displacement of all anchor head meets the requirement under different load levels, and when the pulling reaches the maximum test load I 034 kN, the prestressed anchor is not damaged, thus the correctness of 600 kN prestressed anchor design in the case has been verified.
